This gorgeous summer evening sound bath is the perfect way to slow down and reset your energy, in preparation for the summer holidays! Let the gentle sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, chimes and other beautiful instruments calm your mind - enjoy this moment to drift away, breathe and relax.

Emma will guide you on a journey through sound, helping you restore balance, leaving you refreshed and deeply relaxed.

All welcome, no experience necessary - come as you are.

*Please bring something to lie on eg.yoga/camping mat, a warm blanket, pillow and anything else to make yourself as comfortable, cosy and warm as possible. You may also like to bring water and a eye pillow/mask if you have one.
